“I love coming to work every day knowing that we are always held to the highest moral standard and that each action is taken with our employees and clients in mind. It’s a great feeling to know that we are always looking for ways to improve experiences for both, rather than just settling for the status quo.”
Sarah’s Story
Sarah is an advocate for Truepoint team members in her role as Senior Controller. More specifically, she manages the financial and operational functions for the firm, including firm financials, employee benefits, payroll, commercial insurance, and industry benchmark surveys. Beyond this financial role, Sarah is an advocate for employee health and wellbeing and is involved with leading many of the firm’s wellness initiatives. After an early stage breast cancer diagnosis at a young(ish!) age of 40, she learned just how important early detection can be. As a result, she is passionate about encouraging others to practice self-health awareness and participate in age-appropriate annual health screenings.
At home with her family, Sarah likes to say she and her husband are students in the adventurous school of parenthood with two young children. She loves baking and Pilates and is also a fan of the Indy 500 and her nephews.
