Susie’s Story
Susie serves Truepoint’s clients, as well as the firm’s advisors, by taking care of important daily account tasks and overall service needs. She also contributes to broader team projects that analyze, refine, and improve Truepoint’s client service processes and procedures. As part of her responsibilities, she keeps up to date on the most recent custodial technologies, as well as emerging industry trends.
When she is not at work, Susie likes to spend time with family and friends by entertaining at home or enjoying the community. She also spends leisure time by getting out on the water and sailing, working on a decorative painting project, or reading with her book club.
